Drawing Prizes:
1st Prize: $50,000
2nd Prize: $25,000
3rd Prize: $10,000
4th Prize: $5,000
5th-16th Prizes: $1,000
17th-34th Prizes: $500
Details:
- No more than 1,500 tickets will be sold.
- If less than 1,500 tickets are sold by 2 PM Sept. 18, 2010, prizes equal of 74% of ticket receipts will be awarded.
- All tickets will be eligible for all prizes. Drawing will start with the 34th prize and work back to first prize.
- Use one application for each ticket. Feel free to make copies of this application. Photocopies are acceptable. Or printout the application.
- Tickets will be mailed to the person in charge of ticket. Please allow approvimately 2 weeks for tick processing.
- Time and place of the drawing will be printed on your ticket. ONLY TWO ADUTLS per ticket will be admitted to the drawing. No children please.
- Cayuga Fire department members are eligible to participate.
